  My mom passed away Saturday July 9 2016. We went in Sunday and set everything up. We went back in Monday to drop off a check and we paid for it in full. Then we came back Wednesday to pick out the headstone and ordered it. It's December 16 2016 and we still don't have the headstone, why? I've talked to a few people that went through Prestons and theirs were there in 2 months.

  Worst experience ever at a funeral home. Very large worker told my uncle while he was inquiring about the service(huaband of the deceased) to "shut up" and then when my cousin(son of the deceased) and his father were at the casket the same worker made them have a seat. Very cold and impersonal. I will never go with them for any service. They should be ashamed of their worker, he should be terminated, and our family deserves an apology. As if losing a loved one isn't hard enough already.

  A friend of mine's services were held at this funeral home. It was awful. The funeral directors were unprofessional and the service was long and the minister was off point. My friend looked awful. That's not how I wanted to remember him. The processional out to the cemetery was just as bad. They cut the family off from other family members and allowed other cars between. In talking with his family afterwards, they were over charged for everything. This is only 1 of many funeral homes in the area and I certainly would NOT recommend this one to anyone.
