  My father was laid to rest here in 1984, my mother pasted on Dec. 1. My sister and I with our husbands came in to finalize the paperwork and had the worse experience. The man who was there to help us never introduced himself nor offered any condolences. He came in the room chomping, not chewing but chomping on gum. We asked a couple of questions and he could have cared less.
