  I attended my best friend's service a few years ago. It was scheduled to end at 3pm. As I was leaving a gentleman that was employed with Preston and Hanley was with 2 other employees standing near the door and I could over hear him saying" wish they would hurry up its 3pm already". It was completely disrespectful and I had to control myself from pulling that gentleman out the door and having a manly word with him. Unprofessional. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

  Thank you so much for the wonderful assistance we received for Grandpa's service. The entire staff was amazing and we felt very cared for and we were able to celebrate his life while you took care of the details. Everyone carried themselves with such grace and we felt very comfortable in your home, as if we were with family.
  
  Please also, pass along our gratitude to the military personnel that were in attendance. We were very honored and blessed with their presence and I was very proud to lay him to rest with honors. Also, I loved that you collected the shells from the salute, and I will treasure that keepsake.
